My Financing USA Cruise Into Summer $500 Gift Card Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The “My Financing USA: Cruise Into Summer $500 Gift Card Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of My Financing USA, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by My Financing USA located at 101 South 5th Street, Suite 2900, Louisville, KY 40202 (the “Sponsor”).

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 13, 2025 at 10:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) at and ends on March 31, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete the following steps on Facebook during the Promotion Period:

  • LIKE the official giveaway post on My Financing USA’s Facebook page. 
  • TAG one (1) friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
  • LIKE My Financing USA’s page on Facebook. 

Bonus Entries: Each additional unique comment tagging a different friend will count as an extra entry, increasing the chances of winning. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries, but spamming or tagging the same friend multiple times will result in disqualification.

Automated Entries Prohibited: Use of bots, fake accounts, or automated commenting tools is strictly prohibited. Any entrant found using such methods will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any fraudulent entries and block users who violate these rules.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about April 1, 2025.

The potential winner will be notified via Facebook direct message by My Financing USA’s official Facebook account (@myfinancingusa) and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Visa gift card. The gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Publicity

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, username, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner.

9. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless My Financing USA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any disputes arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.

11. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.myfinancingusa.com/privacy-policy/

12. Winner Announcement

The winner will be publicly announced on My Financing USA’s Facebook page after they have been initially notified. This will take place in April 2025. 

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
